COSTA MESA, CA — Costa Mesa Police are seeking an at risk missing adult woman Monday, authorities said.

Terry Meyer Kenney was last seen Monday in the early morning hours.

"Kenney was last seen Monday at 1:30 a.m. entering her room at a care facility in the 600 block of Center Street in Costa Mesa," officials say.

Two hours later, the 48-year-old woman was discovered missing from her room.

"Kenney has dementia, but knows her name and basic information," a spokesperson for Costa Mesa police said in a news release.

"Kenney does not have any form of transportation, and there are no known locations she frequents or may be headed," police say.

She has grey, shoulder length hair, worn in a pony tail, and may be wearing grey pajamas and light colored framed glasses.
