Hundreds Of Jobs Open As USPS Hosts Hiring Fairs Across OC
The U.S. Postal Service is looking to fill hundreds of positions across the region. Here's what to know about a hiring fair near you.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Are you on the hunt for a new career in or around Newport Beach? The United States Postal Service is looking to fill hundreds of job opportunities across the region, and residents can apply for a new career at one of the several hiring fairs popping up in Orange County.
"As part of our innovative and bold 10-year plan, Delivering for America, the Postal Service is committed to seeding a blossoming career for the next generation of U.S. Postal Service employees," a USPS news release said.
The Postal Service is currently hiring clerks, mail handlers, city and rural mail carriers, tractor trailer operators, mechanics, laborer custodians and automotive technicians, the release said.

In Orange County, residents can stop by any one of these USPS hiring fairs:
- Tuesday, April 25, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Costa Mesa Post Office, 1590 Adams Ave., Costa Mesa.
- Tuesday, May 2, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Huntington Beach Post Office, 6771 Warner Ave., Huntington Beach.
- Tuesday, May 9, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Orange Post Office, 1075 N Tustin, Orange.
Applicants unable to make it to a job hiring fair were asking to submit an online application by visiting the Postal Service's website.
