Live Music, Games For Kids At Free Event In Newport Beach Saturday

Residents were encouraged to get out for a free day of fun activities at OrangewoodFest in Newport Beach.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Are you on the hunt for a fun and free event for all ages this Saturday in Newport Beach? OrangewoodFest is returning to Newport Beach, and residents were urged to stop by the free event for a day of community celebration at the beach.

Residents who attend the event can expect a live performance from "Tijuana Dogs," great food from local vendors, a fun activities such as silent disco yoga and more.

There will also be activities for children, such as bounce houses and games.

The free event will be held to celebrate the racers taking on the Orangewood Challenge, a multi-sport team-based obstacle course challenge that raises funds to support Orange County's foster and community youth.

Residents can reserve their free ticket for OrangewoodFest and receive two complimentary opportunity drawing tickets, according to the website.

OrangewoodFest takes place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 29 at Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort, 1131 Back Bay Dr.
