Menu highlights include perfectly grilled lamb chops seasoned with herbs, house-made mezze platters with hummus and baba ghanoush, locally-sourced seafood, handcrafted flatbreads and pastas, seasonal salads and more.
"Everything we serve traces back to my mother's kitchen," Karamardian said. "The approach hasn't changed in four decades — start with the finest seasonal ingredients, then cook them the way you would for your own family."
Karamardian said that balance of quality and comfort is what keeps people coming back.
The newest Zov's location is set to open in late 2026 at 428 E. 17th Street in Costa Mesa.
