I am a virgin blogger...so forgive me if my formatting or blogging style is not..SPOT ON! I will learn or fade away, either way it seems like this would be an excellent venue for this subject...which tends to get people who have experienced living in an HOA community ~ REALLY GOING & I mean ALL the way in some cases! I just thought I would through the subject out into the community to see what if any, responses might be generated. It's a subject that hits pretty close to home...pardon the pun here! I am very interested to see what others experiences have been in our little bedroom community that has grown up to be "THE OC". Who would have thunk it? HOAs are NOT going to dwindle in size, power or neighborhoods they pop up in SoCal any time soon! In fact, just the opposite...so let's get a gander at what is going on underneath "the orange curtain of hoa boards, the rules & regs & the people that can let you live & let live OR make your LIFE A LIVING NIGHTMARE 24/7/365 and then some.
