Newport Beach Garden Tour Tickets On Sale: Virtual for 2022
Tours, including Nixon's San Clemente "Winter White House," sum up with in-person Summer Garden Party at Sherman Gardens in Corona Del Mar.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — The 26th Annual Newport Beach Garden Tour is virtual again for 2022 — with some "spectacular" gardens, including Richard Nixon’s San Clemente "Western White House" — that otherwise might not be part of a traditional garden tour, according to organizers.
Hosted by Sherman Library & Gardens’ volunteer association, three garden tour videos will be released leading up to an in-person "Summer Garden Party" Saturday, Aug. 27 at Sherman Gardens in Corona del Mar.
Garden tour video #1, debuting Mother's Day, May 8, features a special peek at La Casa Pacifica, Nixon's "Winter White House" in San Clemente.

The third virtual tour highlights the W. Parker Lyon House in Pasadena — a 1948, mid-century modern home, designed by architect Thornton Ladd, who pioneered “Pasadena” or “USC style” modernism, organizers said. Viewing for this video begins Aug. 1.
