Powerball Winning Numbers, Wednesday Sept. 6, 2017

It's Powerball time again, and on Wednesday, September 6, the jackpot has already raised to $83 million and will just keep growing. Wednesday night's winning numbers were 8, 14, 32, 58, 67 and the Powerball number is 17. The estimated jackpot was $83 million.

There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in Wednesday evening's drawing of the multi-state Powerball lottery, however there were 55,724 winning tickets according to the multi-state Powerball lottery association.

How do you determine if your ticket is a winner? Check your numbers against the drawing here. Two lucky tickets in California matched four numbers plus the Powerball number and will earn the ticket holder $15,754.

Will you get your ticket for the next draw? the estimated jackpot for Saturday's drawing is expected to grow to $102 million.

A ticket with five numbers, but missing the Powerball number, was sold in New Jersey and is worth $1 million, the Multi-State Lottery Association, which conducts the game, announced.

The drawing was the fourth since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold. The odds of matching all five numbers and the Powerball number is 1 in about 293 million, according to the Powerball website. The overall chance of winning a prize is 1 in 24.87.

The Powerball game is played in 44 states, the District of Columbia,Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
