Pregnant Woman Rescued From Cliffs In Newport Beach
Four people, including a pregnant woman, were rescued after being trapped on a cliff near the ocean Sunday. See the dramatic footage here.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — A Sunday afternoon hike turned into a terrifying circumstance for four people enjoying the Orange County coastline.
When the tide came in faster than they expected, the adults became stuck on the rocks and called for assistance, according to OCSD information officer Lt. Lane Lagaret.
"Four people became stuck on a cliff side near the ocean at approximately 6:45 p.m. Sunday," Lagaret said over Twitter.

Huntington Beach Police and the OCSD "Duke" Helicopter responded to the scene, locating the four and hoisting them to safety.
"OCSD Harbor Patrol was also on scene, in case anyone fell into the water," Lagaret said. "All were hoisted out."

One patient, who was pregnant, was transported to the hospital by Orange County Sheriff's Department Tactical Medics, Lagaret said.
