Ready To LOL? Tickets On Sale For O.C. Drive-In, Stand-Up
"Improv Live Drive-In Comedy" runs four Saturday nights on the parking deck at Irvine Spectrum Center.
IRVINE, CA — If life, of late, feels lacking in laughter — get ready to grin! Irvine Improv is planning four, consecutive Saturday nights of stand-up comedy shows in a socially distanced, drive-in venue.
The "Improv Live Drive-In Comedy" events meld the nostalgia of a drive-in movie with comedian performances, and run Aug. 15, 22, 29 and Sept. 5 from atop the Regal parking deck at the Irvine Spectrum Center.
Headliners will bring the laughs in real-time and in-person, with their performances projected onto a 50-foot screen, organizers said.
