Save the Date for Fashion's Night Out

If you enjoy shopping for the latest style trends, keep your calendar clear for a fabulous night of fashion.

On Thursday, Sept. 8 from 5 to 9 p.m., celebrity stylists and fashionistas will come together at Fashion Island to celebrate Fashion's Night Out. The event takes place across the United States and was created in 2009 to celebrate fashion, restore consumer confidence and help boost the industry’s economy.

At Fashion Island, the event will kick off with a presentation by celebrity stylist Melis Kuris and the night's festivities will continue with dozens of in-store fashion and beauty events, style tips, Hollywood fashion secrets and DJs throughout the center. 

More than 40 stores will participate in FNO events including Nordstrom, Anthropologie and Kate Spade. The first 500 guests who purchase an item at participating stores will receive a custom Fashion Island tote and 40 percent of the proceeds will benefit the New York City AIDS Fund.

Shoppers can enter to win a 90-minute styling session with Kuris and a $1,000 Fashion Island gift card. Entries are being accepted at www.shopfashionisland.com/fno through August 28 at 11:59 p.m.
