StudioGallery's Spring Art Installation at Bistango

Join StudioGallery at Bistango Saturday, March 21st from 3-5 p.m. as they honor 10 phenomenal artists. The works of, Wade Travis Jackson, Breck Rothage, Melody Allen, DFK Foletto & Dixon Collaboration, Nick Carver, Carole Boller, Jerry Clovis, Zoe Hadley, and Mary Butier will be on display. Below is a write-up on a couple of the featured artists,

Wade Travis Jackson – uses metal and stone as his primary medium, combining ferrous and nonferrous metals (steel and brass) and different alloys as well. He creates living pieces with true personalities

Melody Allen – applies layers upon layer of progressively softer pastels in expression and vivid colors, with an emphasis on contrasting light and shadow. She takes her inspiration from the exquisite color and light that are so unique to California’s landscapes and ocean scenes.

DFK – the signature of two seasoned and accomplished artists, who are exploring uncharted artistic territories. The “Collaboration” is revolutionizing their art by using digital technology to create new human, classical, and mythological stories.
