Bernadette Cortez, whose age was not available, pleaded guilty to the same charges as Hernandez and was sentenced to six years in prison.
At the time of the burglary, two suspects broke into the house on April 16 in what investigators said was a targeted attack, and a homeowner inside of the house fired shots at them.
Rosas was accused of breaking in at around 4:45 a.m. in the 100 block of Vista Luci, inside of a gated community, police said. According to investigators, he was shot by the homeowner and wounded before being arrested by police, who began searching for a second suspect.
The suspect was found dead in bushes outside the home from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, officers said.

The name of that suspect was not released.
According to police, there were four people inside of the home when the home invasion took place, including a man, two women and a child. It was unclear who fired the shots.
The suspects brought zip ties and rope and attempted to take the victim's cell phone to prevent them from calling police, the complaint alleges.
Rosas "has prior convictions as an adult and sustained petitions in juvenile delinquency proceedings of numerous and of increasing seriousness," the complaint alleges.
