Good Tuesday morning surfers, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff, with your Corona del Mar Patch surf report. Well, it's looking much more inviting out there today! Yep, those conditions have cleaned up and we're still seeing a modest amount of energy.
We've got mostly lingering northwest windswell and some minor south southwest energy in the background. That recipe is providing this stretch of sand with some fast sectiony lines, with plenty of rippable shoulders.
Most Newport Beach spots are running about knee-to stomach-high, with the stantout combo breaks pulling some chest-high plus sets. Checking the tides.

At 9:59 a.m it drops to a 0.2 low which will have many spots needing water and pretty inconsistent early to mid-morning. The tide then climbs up to a 4 foot high at 5:10 p.m.
If you're planning on paddling, you'll need no more than a 3/2 fullsuit, with the water temperature feeling pretty nice and hanging between 60 and 63 degrees. See ya in the water!
