2 Shot In North Hollywood Robbery, Gunmen At Large

Police are looking for three shooting suspects who left two men in critical condition during an early morning robbery in North Hollywood.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — Two men in their 20s are in critical condition after being shot during a robbery Friday morning in a residential North Hollywood neighborhood, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. A trio of shooting suspects remains at large.

Investigators are working to determine what was stolen during the robbery and whether it may have been gang-related, said LAPD Officer Drake Madison.

The shooting occurred shortly after midnight in the 11100 block of Califa Street, a residential street of single-family homes. The victims, two men ages 26 and 28, suffered gunshot wounds during the apparent robbery and were rushed to the hospital in critical condition, Madison said.

"They were shot as they were exiting their vehicle," Madison added.

The suspects are three men who wore ski masks during the shooting and fled the scene in a white SUV.
