4 Wounded In North Hollywood Stabbing Spree; Attacker at Large
Police are looking for a man who stabbed four people in separate incidents Thursday.
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — Four people were stabbed in a series of altercations in the North Hollywood area Thursday. At least three of the victims were hospitalized in critical condition. Their attacker remains at large.
The stabbing occurred in two seperate incidents spanning Panorama City and North Hollywood, and police believe the same suspect was involved in both incidents.

Los Angeles Police Department officers were first called to an apartment complex in the 7900 block of Broadleaf Avenue at about 9 a.m. to respond to reports of an altercation. They found the suspect's father suffering at least one stab wound at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. He was hospitalized in unknown condition.
According to police, the suspect fled the scene in a stolen vehicle. Authorities did not release the suspects identity described him only as a man in hos 40s.

Police found the stolen vehicle abandoned, and soon after got a call about another altercation involving the suspect. A man matching the suspect's description was caught attempting to break into another vehicle at a cigar lounge in the area of Oxnard Street and Laurel Canyon Boulevard in North Hollywood.
Three people from inside the lounge confronted the suspect, which led to an altercation in which all — including the suspect — were stabbed, according to the LAPD.
The suspect fled the scene before authorities arrived.
