5 Cars Damaged In North Hollywood Carport Fire

Firefighters worked for a half-hour to combat the stubborn blaze.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA – A carport fire in North Hollywood damaged five cars early Monday morning.

No one was hurt in the blaze, which was reported at 4:20 a.m. in the 5000 block of Denny Avenue Monday. It took firefighters about a half-hour to extinguish the stubborn blaze, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
