Enjoy music and dancing with Cal State L.A.'s award-winning Afro Latin Ensemble. Directed by Dr. Paul de Castro, the ensemble is dedicated to the performance of salsa, timba, Afro-Cuban, and Afro-Caribbean music. Repertoire ranges from classic danzones and early conjunto classics to contemporary salsa. Beginning at 6:00 p.m., light refreshments will be available for purchase and select museum galleries will be open.
