BOGUS and WRONG DWP BILLS.. what is being done to rectify these bills for 1000's of $ that are going out to residential homes with no apologies or ability to reach DWP reps in a timely manner.. this has been going on for quite some time now, and no one seems to be accountable... or responsible, and no apologies for the frightened homeowners who open these distressing and mistaken bills.. Why don't they reimburse for the power outages we have received this year.. (so far 3 this year)
