I love food. Period. But what happens when you put an aspiring foodie in a huge warehouse of some of the best French, Italian and Spanish delectables? She salivates, that's what happens.
For a year I have been aware of this off the epicurean gem in North Hollywood, just off of Vanowen. When I started this blog, I knew it was one of the stories I wanted to run. I mean, who doesn't want to hang out in the midst of French salted caramels, Baguettes and huge wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano?
Here are some of the items you will find in this building full of tasty delights in the photos attached to this post.
You may be surprised to hear that they carry a lot of gluten free pastas and flours. That is what I will be stocking up on this time around.
Epicure Imports is a private wholesale only warehouse. Lucky for you, they have several open warehouse days per year. This Friday and Saturday, November 22 & 23, 2013.
