Ash Wednesday services of prayer and renewal

First Baptist Church of North Hollywood invites NoHo neighbors and friends to join us in moments of mercy, reflection and reconciliation.

In our Ash Wednesday services of prayer and renewal, at 12pm and 7pm, we draw close to mercy, and open our lives to a new work of divine grace. 

The ashes are a sign of turning toward God. We consider our ways, and become willing to make needced changes to realign our lives with God’s will and way, enabled by his grace. The ashes also make us aware that though we are mortal, and life is fragile, yet we bear God’s image, and are recipients of his abundant love. Through Christ we may experience new creation. 

We are at the corner of Otsego and Fair, one block west of Lankershim (behind the new Studio 77 complex).
