Beard and Mustache Competition Coming to Federal Bar

Recently John Myatt, founder of the Northern Los Angeles Beard and Mustache Club, called up the Kevin and Bean radio show on KROQ. According to the show's Web site, the call was sparked by a recent on-air conversation about Whisker Wars, a new television show on IFC.

Myatt, who lives in Burbank, shared all the amusing history of his club (there is no "Southern" Los Angeles Beard and Whisker Club), and also said the group will be holding a beard and mustache contest at the in NoHo on August 14.
