Brush Fire Burning An Estimated Four Acres In Lake View Terrace
The fire broke out in Pacoima Canyon, and firefighters had it contained at 4 acres within an hour Saturday evening.
LAKE VIEW TERRACE, CA — Los Angeles City firefighters with an assist from the county fire department are battling a small brush fire in Lake View Terrace that has so far charred an estimated four acres of grass.
The fire which ignited near 12031 N. Lopez Canyon Road, near Paxton Street, in Pacoima Canyon was reported at 5:26 p.m., according to LAFD spokesman Brian Humphrey.
No structures were threatened and the cause of the fire remained under investigation.
