J.E.T. Studios Holds Open House This Saturday

J.E.T. Studios on Lankershim Boulevard is holding an open house on Saturday to showcase its forums for theatrical and film work.

According to the company's website, it offers spaces for rent that include "professional, soundproof space for theatrical productions, film screenings, rehearsals, virtual and regular casting, acting classes, and film/video shoots."

Here's the day's schedule, according to the Studios' website:

12 noon–1 p.m: Facility tour. Coffee and pastries will be served.

1 p.m.–2 p.m.: Personality slate demonstration.

3 p.m.–4 p.m: Online audition.

4:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m: Virtual Casting Demonstration: Actors welcome to come prepared with material to work on camera (scenes, commercial copy etc.) The sign-up sheet will be available in front of the Chaplin Studio at 4 p.m, and the first 24 actors to sign up will be able to participate.

6 p.m–8 p.m: NoHo Gallery LA Reception: Wine, cheese, hors d'oeuvre and finger food will be served.

8 p.m–9 p.m: Live program and film screening presented at the J.E.T. Theatre.

9 p.m–12 midnight: Live band, food and drink.
