Crashs Propels Car into Pharmacy

One person was injured today at a two-vehicle crash in Studio City, where one of the vehicles plowed through the glass doors of a CVS pharmacy. All occupants inside the two vehicles were able to get out the cars prior to the arrival of firefighters and paramedics, said Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 7:16 a.m. to the 12100 block of Ventura Boulevard. One person was rushed to an area hospital, and that person’s medical condition was not immediately known, Scott said.

No patrons were inside the CVS at the time of the crash, he said.
