June highlights:

Bertille Lincet, of Fromagerie Lincet,will be visiting us from France! Esteemed cheesemakers for five generations, Lincet combines tradition, innovation, and a love of cheese in all of their products. You can taste this commitment in their AOP Chaource, or the triple-cream Brillat-Savarin and Délice de Bourgogne. We'll also feature Brillat-Savarin with fruit and herbs, and the new Crème de Chaource. Please visit with Bertille to discuss Lincet, their family tradition, and to sample their absolutely luscious cheeses!

The wait is over ~ Truffle Perlage is here! We happily welcome back Erdem and his award winning truffle caviar, the Perlage di Tartufo. This unique product is a must try!

Caviar on Friday, June 22nd! Alex of Caviar Express will be with us to sample his delicious eggs and answer your caviar questions. Selections include domestic farm-raised, Caspian, or the new smoked trout caviar. Any caviar order over $500 receives a 2-ounce tin of Russian Sevruga caviar, creme fraiche, blinis, and a caviar spoon, all at no additional charge.
