Within 2 weeks, you can not only have your own business or solo practice up and running, but you’ll be armed with easy to use technological tools that many of your competitors may not have.

• BRAINSTORMING: As a class, we’ll give you feedback on your business idea.  If you don’t have one yet, not to worry. We’ll discuss intriguing new business models that have become popular in recent years.   We’ll also talk about the pros and cons of buying an existing business or franchise. 

• BUSINESS PLAN WRITING: Whether yours is halfway done, completed or not even begun yet, we’ll show you what great business plans look like. We’ll also workshop yours, so by the end of the 2 weeks, you’ll see significant progress.

• SETTING UP SHOP: DBAs vs. Corporations vs. LLCs, getting investment from others, business licenses, domain registration, getting a hosting company, legal contracts, leases, trademarking, etc.

• MARKETING: Crowd funding sites, social media and social search engines, free directories, blogging, opt-in emails, webinars, public relations, collective buying sites, video servers, SEO tools, and online and offline advertising

• ACCOUNTING: Bookkeeping, Credit Card Merchant Processing Solutions, Payroll Services

• CREATIVE: Website Building, Promotional Materials, Logo Creation, Stock Photos, Free Web Forums

• HUMAN RESOURCES: Virtual Assistants, Hiring Freelancers
