FBI Most Wanted: LA Fugitive Accused of Killing Pregnant Woman

The FBI added an East Hollywood man to its 10 most wanted list for allegedly shooting to death a pregnant woman.

LOS ANGELES, CA - The FBI today announced a $10,000 reward for information leading directly to the arrest of a parolee accused of shooting his pregnant girlfriend in the head at their home in east Hollywood, killing her and her fetus.

Philip Patrick Policarpio, 39, is on the FBI's 10 most wanted list for allegedly killing Lauren Olguin and their unborn child.

Officers were sent to the 500 block of North Virgil Avenue about 6 a.m. on April 12 to investigate a report of a shooting and found Olguin dead.

Policarpio is Filipino, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 150 to 165 pounds. He has tattoos on his chest, including one that reads "Only God Can Judge Me," and on his back, both arms and left thigh. He has moles on his right nostril, near his left nostril and below his right lip, and a scar near his left eye.

He may wear glasses and his head may be shaved, according to the FBI.

He's believed to be driving a red BMW 325i sedan with the license plate 7NBY245 and goes by the aliases Damon Hiromi Tanaka, Damon Hiromi Tanak, Damon Tanaka, Philip Policardio, Paul Policarpio, Phillip Policarpio, Bugsy, Sinister and Sins, according to the FBI.

Policarpio, who was on parole for an unspecified 2001 felony conviction at the time of Olguin's killing, should be considered armed and extremely dangerous, according to authorities.

"He may have traveled to Las Vegas ... and has previous ties to the Philippines," according to the FBI, which says "Policarpio is known to abuse illegal drugs and may be in possession of multiple weapons."

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts was urged to call their local FBI office or the nearest American embassy or consulate.
