Griff Hartshorn Finds Cash and Turns it In
School honors the fifth grader for returning the money.
Fifth-grader Griffin Hartshorn found a $10 bill laying on the floor of his school campus at .
Now, most any 12-year-old would thank his lucky stars and pocket it and be done with it, but Griffin had this nagging idea that someone may need it, may miss it, may be lost without it. He brought it to the front office.
"He did the honest thing, and it was the right thing to do," said outgoing Principal Harold Klein. "And since no one has claimed it, it will go to Griff."

As Klein's last official duty, he gave Griff the money, and for his honesty, he's a Studio City Patch
