The actress' former residence has been on the market since 2010.

Aol Real Estate is reporting that Hillary Duff's home in Toluca Lake, which has been on the market since 2010, has re-entered the market at $6.25 million, down from a 2010 listing price of $7 million.

We on the 9,277-square-foot Spanish-style Mediterranean home back in April, when it was listed at $6.5 million.

The beautiful house has heated bathroom floors, a cognac room and a gift wrapping room (to name just a few of the amenities).

Even though she has moved over the hill to Beverly Hills, Duff is still frequently seen in the Toluca Lake area. Back on Aug. 23, she sporting a baby bump.
