Hunt On For Killer Who Shot Homeless Man On Plummer Street
Investigators are asking for the public's help finding a man who drove up to a tent on plummer Street and repeatedly shot the man inside.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Los Angeles Police detectives are asking for help getting to the bottom of the calculated murder of a homeless man living under the Plummer Street 405-Freeway overpass.
Early on the morning Of Nov. 24, the suspect pulled up to a tent under the freeway, opened the tent and shot the young man inside repeatedly, according to the Los Angeles police department. the 24-year-old victim died at the scene.
Police responding to reports of gunfire at a radio call of a "Shooting Just Occurred" in the area of Plummer Street under the 405-Freeway overpass. When officers arrived, they found a old male Hispanic suffering from gunshot wounds inside his tent. The shooting happened at around 6:50 a.m.

The suspect is described as a heavy-set male, who exited a silver or gray sedan, opened the tent and shot the victim several times. The suspect re-entered the vehicle and fled west on Plummer Street.
The motive of the shooting is not known, according to the LAPD. The victim's name is being withheld pending the notification of next of kin.
