It Will Be Black Friday Midnight Madness at Macy's, Target
Stores nationwide, including the locations in North Hollywood, will be offering customers an early start on holiday savings.
On "Black Friday"—the day after Thanksgiving that is the nation's unofficial kickoff to the holiday shopping season, the day when many retail stores have major sales—Macy's and Target stores nationwide will be getting an early start on offering holiday savings to their customers by opening stores at midnight, the retailers announced recently, according to the Huffington Post and CNN.
, which has a North Hollywood location at 6150 Laurel Canyon Blvd., will keep its 800 Macy's stores open for 23 hours and close at 11 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 25. Last year, Macy's opened eight stores at midnight while the rest opened at 4 a.m.
, which has a location in North Hollywood at 11051 Victory Blvd., is entering the midnight madness zone on Black Friday for the first time this year, reports CNN.
