LAPD To Hold DUI Checkpoints Around North Hollywood
The Los Angeles Police Department will hold four DUI checkpoints citywide over the weekend.

LOS ANGELES, CA — The Los Angeles Police Department is cracking down on inebriated drivers around Los Angeles this weekend with four DUI checkpoints.
The first sobriety and driver's license checkpoint will be held beginning at 8 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of West Manchester Avenue, at Denver Avenue. Another will be held beginning at 7 p.m. Saturday in the 11200 block of South Figueroa Street at West 112th Street.
Another checkpoint will be held at 8 p.m. Saturday in Sherman Oaks, in the 15200 block of Ventura Boulevard at Columbus Avenue.

A DUI "saturation patrol" is planned beginning at 5 p.m. Sunday in the LAPD's Mission Area, covering areas including Mission Hills, Arleta, Panorama City and North Hills.
