LAPD To Hold DUI Saturation Patrol in North Hollywood

North Hollywood, CA - Los Angeles Police will be on the lookout for drunken drivers in North Hollywood Sunday night.

The Los Angeles Police Department will be conducting a DUI saturation patrol in the North Hollywood area Sunday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Elsewhere around the region, the LAPD will hold a DUI checkpoints at:

• Sunset Boulevard at Orange Grove Avenue Friday night from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.
• Ventura Boulevard at Columbus Avenue in Sherman Oaks from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Over the past three years, there have been 7,048 DUI-related traffic collisions in Los Angeles, resulting in 60 fatalities and 2,818 injuries, according to the LAPD.
