The crash happened near Victory Boulevard and Vineland Avenue, at about 11 p.m. Thursday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department's Valley Traffic Bureau. The victim died at the scene, according to police. Authorities are looking for a utility truck, according to reports from the scene. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call the LAPD.
