Manhunt On For Killer In North Hollywood

Police are looking for an elderly man who stabbed to death a young man in North Hollywood overnight following an argument.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — Police are looking for a killer in North Hollywood, where an older man stabbed a young man to death early Monday morning.

Two men got into an argument just before 3 a.m., and a man in his 60s stabbed a younger man over and over, according to Los Angeles police. The stabbing occurred at Magnolia Boulevard and Tujunga Avenue, said Officer Norma Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department.

The killer is believed to be a man in his 60s, and his victim was a man believed 20 to 30 years-old, Eisenman said. The victim was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead at 3:50 a.m., she said.

The suspect fled the scene and remained at large, Eisenman said.
