More Police Protests Begin Sunday In Los Angeles County

As the holiday weekend comes to a close, more groups planned to take to the streets Sunday to protest racism in Los Angeles County.

LOS ANGELES, CA — As the holiday weekend comes to a close amid a sharp rise in the spread of COVID-19, another round of marches, rallies, and other actions against systemic racism and police brutality is on tap across the Southland Sunday.

The nationwide movement sparked by the Memorial Day death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police now embraces a range of issues as it enters a sixth week.
