North Hollywood High On Lockdown During Police Search

North Hollywood was placed on lockdown Wednesday afternoon while police searched for a suspect.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — North Hollywood was placed on lockdown Wednesday afternoon while police searched for a burglary suspect in the area.

The Los Angeles Police Department set up a perimeter in the neighborhood around the high school while searching for a man suspected of burglary, said LAPD Officer Sal Ramirez.

The search began shortly after 2 p.m. Tuesday in the neighborhood around Colfax Avenue and West Magnolia Boulevard.
