Pedestrian Killed By Metrolink Train In North Hollywood
A pedestrian was struck and killed by a Metrolink train on Laurel Canyon Boulevard Monday morning.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — A Metrolink train struck and killed a pedestrian Monday in the North Hollywood area, authorities said.
Paramedics were sent to the 7200 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard about 8:10 a.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
Metrolink train Number 106 was on the Ventura County Line headed for Los Angeles at the time, according to the LAFD. No one was hurt on the train.

Information was not immediately available on the gender or age of the fatally injured person.
