Police Search for Killer in North Hollywood Stabbing

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA - A man was fatally stabbed today in North Hollywood, and police were looking for the assailant.

Officers were sent to the 6200 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard about 7 a.m. on a report of an assault with a deadly weapon, Los Angeles police Officer Jane Kim said.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, Kim said. His name was withheld, pending notification of kin. No description was available of the suspect or suspects.
