Want to be Queen of the Doo Dah Parade? Your chance is coming up! Tryouts for Queen are Sunday, October 18th. That's just around the corner. Remember, it's your chance to shine. Just Show up and show your stuff to the Doo Dah Judges. You can sing, tell jokes, dress up, act crazy, or just be gorgeous beyond belief (and we know there are many different kinds of gorgeous!). Tryouts are open to everybody, and we mean it! Come to the American Legion Post 280 Bar in East Pasadena. 179 North Vinedo Avenue, this is 2 blocks south of Walnut Street. Queens arrive between 3 and 4pm. Tryouts start around 4pm. See the Legendary Snotty Scotty and the Hankies! Bands are loud, drinks are cheap and the fun is over the top! Tryout or come to watch. Call 626.590.1134 if you want to tryout or just show up. $5 cover and first 20 Queen Hopefuls to arrive are free.
