Residents Living Near Bob Hope Airport Complain of Ongoing Noise Problems

Some complain they don't qualify for a program to soundproof their homes.

About 25 residents that live near the Bob Hope Airport complaining that they don't qualify for a program to soundproof their homes attended a workshop there Thursday, according to the Burbank Leader.

Among the residents who took part in the workshop designed to get public input as part of an update to a study looking at the impact of aircraft noise were several that live in North Hollywood who said they suffer many intrusions of aircraft noise.
