Southern California Health Institute is currently featured by Massage Magazine (http://www.massagemag.com/) for offering free massages for all veterans & military personnel.

Southern California Health Institute is proud to welcome all veterans & military personnel to escape their stress and improve their health with six free 50 minute full body massage sessions at Southern California Health Institute’s recently opened Student Massage Clinic (Regular Price is $22). Our professionally trained student massage therapists will melt stress and anxiety away with their therapeutic based Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques.

Extensive research has shown that massage helps with relief of pain and muscle soreness, alleviates stress, lowers blood pressure, improves circulation, removes toxins from the body, reduces fatigue, aids in athletic recovery, reduces blood glucose levels in diabetics and boosts immunity, digestion and metabolism. Massage has also proven to be helpful in the treatment of headaches, insomnia, constipation, osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, piriformis muscle syndrome, chronic diseases, neurological disorders and injuries.

Massages are available by appointment Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm/6 pm to 10 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

Public parking is located behind the school. You can enter the road that leads to the parking structure from either Lankershim (North of Magnolia) or Magnolia (East of Lankershim).
