You know those songs . . . the ones that you haven’t heard in ages. And then you hear it one day on the radio and you think, “Geez, that was the coolest song ever!” Well, imagine hearing those same awesome songs performed live. That’s what The Doorknockers are all about. The Doorknockers play the big hits of the 60s, 70s, 80s and more but we also throw in a few of those cool songs that are little bit “off the beaten path”: the great b-sides, deep cuts and “one hit wonders”. Most every song The Doorknockers is upbeat, dance-oriented rock, pop, soul and R & B. Our motto: “Eat, Drink, Dance. . . Repeat!”
