The joy of making music is nice.
The joy of making good music is Susan Krebs. (CriticalJazz.Com)
Krebs has the latitude to make the music she wants to make and add her own special sauce as and when needed. (Midwest Record)
Susan has been an actor and theater improviser for many years (Mad Men, Shameless, the Wims) but her passion has always been for the music, performing at venues such as Vitellos, LACMA, Jazz @ the CrowneLAX – as well as in theaters and living rooms with her jazz salon, ThemeScene. Following her critically acclaimed multimedia concert project, JAZZ AVIARY, a celebration of Birds, and working again with her longtime collaborators, Rich Eames and Jerry Kalaf, along with Ryan McGillicuddy and Chuck Manning, the Susan Krebs Band released Everything Must Change in 2012. She has a new recording project, Simple Gifts, due to be released this autumn.
