A Russian tourist was stabbed today in Hollywood, and his alleged assailant was subdued by off-duty New York police officers.The 25- to 30-year-old victim was attacked about 1:10 p.m. at Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue, location of the Hollywood &amp; Highland center popular with tourists, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.The injured man, who had been shopping with his family, was taken to a hospital in stable condition and was expected to survive, police said.The suspect was subdued by two off-duty New York police officers, LAPD Capt.
