Woman Wanted in Connection with Stabbing Death of Elderly Man
Police are looking for a young woman in connection with the death of a 74-year-old North Hollywood man who was repeatedly stabbed.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD CA - A woman in her late 20s or early 30s was being sought today in connection with the stabbing death of a 74-year-old man in his North Hollywood home.
Officers went to the 4900 block of Vineland Avenue about 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, in response to a call of a possible suicide and instead found the victim, Robert Caldwell, who had been stabbed “multiple times,” according to the LAPD.
Investigators believe the woman was an acquaintance of the man, and are looking into the nature of their relationship and if it involved some sort of quid pro quo.

The victim had an extensive record of felony arrests, a detective said.
Investigators were checking with law enforcement agencies in neighboring communities to see if they had any similar cases.
