Worker Crushed To Death At North Hollywood Facility
A man became trapped and fatally injured when a car was dropped on top of him in North Hollywood.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA — An employee at a vehicle donation facility in North Hollywood was crushed to death Monday morning when a car that as raised on a floor jack fell on him.
The tragic accident happened at 8 a.m. Monday at at 7245 Laurel Canyon Blvd., according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart. The man was trapped underneath the vehicle, and firefighters worked frantically to free him. However, he died at the scene, said Stewart.
His name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
