1 Killed In Porter Ranch Crash
A driver struck two poles and died at the scene of the crash shortly before midnight Sunday.
PORTER RANCH, CA — A man was killed in a solo-vehicle crash in Porter Ranch late Sunday night. It was the third roadway fatality in the community in less than two months.
According to police, the driver, a 46-year-old man, slammed into two poles and died at the scene.
The crash occurred at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday in the 18500 block of Rinaldi Street around Darby Avenue, according to Officer A. Delatorre of the Los Angeles Police Department's Operations Center.

The driver was heading westbound on Rinaldi Street when he struck a telephone pole, kept going and careened into a large metal pole.
It wasn't immediately clear what factors may have led to the crash, which remained under investigation.

On Oct. 22, several people were injured and two teens were killed in a multi-car crash in Porter Ranch. Alex Ceballos, 20, was arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the crash.
