2 Arrested After Fleeing To Northridge Mall, 2 At Large

NORTHRIDGE, CA — Two robbery suspects were arrested and two others were at large after fleeing into the Northridge Fashion Center Thursday.

Police searched the mall on Thursday after an unspecified number of robbery suspects entered the mall following a brief pursuit around 2:40 p.m., police told CBS Los Angeles.

The suspects fled into the mall, and two were later arrested. However, two others eluded police.

Residents were advised to avoid the area, though it was not immediately clear whether the mall was placed on lockdown. Locals on Twitter noticed the police activity.
