SIMI VALLEY, CA — Two men were critically injured in a shooting Monday in Simi Valley, according to police.

Officers responded around 9 p.m. to the 1300 block of Arcane Street, where they found the men, both in their 20s and suffering from gunshot wounds, Commander Ritchie Lew said. The victims were identified, taken to a trauma center in critical condition and have been cooperating with police, according to Lew.

“There seems to be some type of personal conflict,” Lew said of the shooting, adding that while there have been no arrests and are no outstanding suspects, police do not believe there is any danger to the public in connection with the incident.
